Any cheating or suspicions of cheating will result in account ban.
- OptiFine is required, you will witness invisible entities without OptiFine.
- No overwriting resource pack. (Join prompt: accept resource pack to play, enhances experience.)
- No hacked clients or hacks: X-ray, flying, kill-aura, anything not in vanilla Minecraft is prohibited.
- PvP is always enabled, which means players can be attacked anytime.
- Griefing (destroying or looting players builds or bases) is fully permitted and often encouraged.
- Players can build, destroy, and explore without restrictions.
- No safe zones or protected areas; every location is vulnerable.
- Must be a human to play. No use of AI (artificial intelligence) in any way is permitted.
Play the server legitimately and you have nothing to worry about.
User Responsibilities
By using our server, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with new users' experience.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our server.
Server maintenance is typically notified before the server is stopped (60 ~ 5 mins before).
In situations of power loss, or server failure; the server may suddenly stop with no warning.
If for at any moment, our server is in potential danger or requires review of certain playerdata; the server can be stopped without warning to confirm and review possible risks.
Since our server is awarding players monetarily, there are limitations on withdrawal requests. The current maximum we can process per transaction is a payout of $ 99.00 CAD. Although, the block trade value can be subjected to change depending on date, amount of players as well as donations & support.
The block trade value will never decrease in value below the Base Value.

If funding for our server becomes too low to payout players, the server can be temporarily shutdown in order to raise money to relaunch.
